In London and Amsterdam, Kerrie kicked off her career in consumer tech (when it wasn’t sexy) and consumer lifestyle (when it was).

As PR Director at Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam, Kerrie wrangled brands such as Nike and Heineken, Coca-Cola and Electronic Arts.

Kerrie launched the agency in 2009. Now, FinchFactor is an international network empowering brands, creative agencies and start-ups. You’ll find FinchFactor offices in Amsterdam, London and (soon) LA.

She heads up FinchFactor’s Amsterdam and London offices, where she directs reputation management strategy for the agency’s impressive stable of clients.

With a background in big brand communications for the likes of Uniqlo, Hailo, Burger King and YPlan, Louise is on a mission to unlock the potential of brands to engage meaningfully with their audience.

She believes: “If you aren’t already thinking, and operating, like a brand, then you need to make that change fast.”


Louise’s biggest professional regret is that she has never organised a press photocall for the delivery of a giant novelty cheque.
