Cara Antonacci leads Jack Morton’s worldwide Human Resources operations – ensuring we have what we need to attract, develop, motivate and retain the talented colleagues that consistently create engaging and extraordinary brand experiences.
Cara joined Jack Morton in 1999, becoming Human Resources Director in 2005 and VP, Human Resources Director in 2009. As a key member of the team, with expertise in talent acquisition and retention, staff development, compensation analysis, employee relations, culture and community and technology systems development, Cara led the global implementation of Jack Morton’s performance management system in 2011. She became SVP, Human Resources Director in 2011 and SVP, Worldwide Human Resources in 2015.
Cara attended the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School and is a graduate of Boston College.
