What makes working at TMPW
exciting: The fact that no two days
are ever the same makes Anne's job
exciting. She enjoys walking into a
new environment each day. "And I
work with great people. From the top
down, everyone treats each other as
equal players."

The role of Account Services: As
the TMP Way rolls out, it is clear
that the clients are first priority. The
Account Services department
ensures that client goals are kept in
the front of everyones' minds. "The
key is to service them with what they
need and to always be willing to go
the extra mile to meet their
challenges. We tie the whole account
together in working with creative,
production and the rest of the office."

Future goals for the department:
Account Services will be going
through some reorganization to help
the team meet their career goals and
needs. This restructuring will provide
career direction for all and identify
strengths in training new employees
to make the team work better
together.

Taking pride in work: "We
actually helped our client, LifeScan,
coordinate a float for a fall parade
that they put on in conjunction with
the United Way. We worked with
them on themes and produced all the
artwork for them and rolled out the
ERP (Employee Referral Program)
at the time of the parade. The fact
that we helped them with something
that they had never done, nor had
we, and pulled it off was a huge
accomplishment."

Mentorship: When working closely
with someone, Anne tries to pass
along information from her
experiences. She would like to be
able to see individuals develop into
strong employees.

Personal future goals: "I would like
to understand a little more about
managing people as individuals - how
to work with each team member and
how to help them grow in their
career goals. Motivating a group can
be difficult and I would like to
sharpen these skills."
