LANDIA proudly announces the release of it’s latest Music video “Natural Born Killers (Ride for Me)” by multi-award winning director Ian Pons Jewell, for London poet, musician and artist James Massiah.

Shot in Buenos Aires, the story shows the end of the world in the midst of its final heat wave, one that brings about a rush of dopamine, as the inhabitants of the city sweat out their final hours.

Produced by LANDIA -in association with Reset & Time Base Arts –
the music video and single are released today Wednesday, September 4th, via UK label LEVELS, on all digital platforms.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Ian has established himself as one of the new generation of pioneers in the music video format with his work, chalking up billions of Youtube hits. He has been nominated three times for ‘Best Director’ by the UKMVAs and BUG named him as ‘one of the best music video directors working today’.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
James Massiah is a poet and musician from South London. He has already given readings of his poetry at the TATE Modern, The Southbank and the Houses of Parliament and has received commissions to produce work for the BBC and The Guardian.

As founder of The A & The E – a platform for the discussion of the arts and philosophy – he has built a passionate grassroots following across London. 2019 has seen him collaborate with the likes of John Cooper Clarke, Dean Blunt and Neneh Cherry, supporting the latter onstage at Glastonbury this summer, while his own shows at London’s ICA and The Serpentine Gallery have been sell out successes.

“Natural Born Killers” is Massiah’s stunning solo musical debut, with all tracks written, produced and performed by the artist himself.
