Peter Christmann is an internationally experienced media CEO and was, among other things, a board member for sales and marketing at ProSiebenSat.1 Media. He is also a successful serial entrepreneur - he has co-founded and managed MediaGroupOne, Goldbach Germany, Intersellers and averycore, among others. He is also the founder of the NGO Orange Ocean, whose team also includes Alisa Türck and Barbara Wandrei. 

Barbara Wandrei has a degree in communications (BAW) and has many years of expertise in the TV and online market. She was responsible for marketing in the start-ups lokalisten and stylefruits and began her marketing career in 2001 at ProSiebenSat.1. There she built up customer relationship management at group level. Previously, she worked in Corporate Development at SevenOne Media. Barbara is also co-founder of the non-profit organization Orange Ocean to combat plastic waste in the world's oceans. 

Marcus Prosch is a communications expert with many years of experience specializing in marketing, media and change communications.

For 18 years he held various management positions at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, most recently as Head of Corporate Communications Sales & Digital. Since January 2020 he has been self-employed as a freelance specialist for public relations, the topic of sustainability communication is a focus in his service portfolio 

Alisa Türck is a game changer and is one of the leading experts in the digital industry with over 20 years of extensive experience. She is the founder of the management consultancy TÜRCK GmbH - The Game Changer Company, and works as a lecturer at Squared Online. She is also on the advisory board of BuzzBird GmbH, a founding member of the non-profit environmental organization Orange Ocean and a mentor for women in the digital industry. Before founding her company in 2017, she was managing director of the agency group "pilot", one of the largest owner-managed media agencies in Germany.
