Story Alfa-Bank Ukraine created the digital bank Sense SuperApp. This is an application for mobile banking and many other services, the main feature of which is "super" or even "hyper" personalization. In Sense, you can customize everything from the tone of communication, the background of the application, and design to even a set of services and features that will be displayed on the user's desktop.
Philosophy Usually - when products and brands say they are "for everyone" - we giggle. But in the case of Sense, it turned out to be true, so not even smile. The fact is that the banking application (in itself) - is a thing needed by most adults. And when this application is customized personally for each user - there is no way out, we must admit: Sense SuperApp - it's real for everyone.
Result We have to advertise for everyone - even a very special Ukrainian - about his zest, and even grapes. A separate advertisement for those who love pigeons, who are wolves at heart, who have crunchy knees, and thousands of special people, like snowflakes. So we shot 53 different commercials and created 72 unique designs for outdoor advertising. Oh, and another video for 12 minutes about everyone, everything, and everything.
