Philosophy | Ultimate Software, a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, is launching its first campaign in support of International Women’s Day, titled “What I Was Told.” The effort comes from newly appointed Agency of Record, Zambezi, and focuses on Ultimate’s culture of equality, diversity, and belonging. Ultimate employs more than 5,200 professionals worldwide, serving over 5,600 customers with employees in 180 countries. The company is especially proud that 50 percent of its total employee population, as well as 50 percent of its leadership, is female. In October 2018, Ultimate ranked #1 on Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Women list, and, in January 2019, the company was named the #1 Best Large Workplace in Technology by Fortune and Great Place to Work for the fourth consecutive year. The “What I Was Told” campaign highlights some of the challenges and stereotypes many women encounter in their careers—contrasted with Ultimate’s strong culture of equity for all, including more than two decades of supporting the advancement of women in business. The campaign includes a 30-second TV spot and a long-form edit that will run on digital platforms, as well as supporting digital assets that will raise awareness of the company’s commitment to an equitable workplace. The spot was directed by Academy Award-nominated director Lucy Walker and shot on location at Ultimate Software’s headquarters in Weston, FL. |
