Story isobel have created a new campaign for Jackpotjoy - the UK’s leading bingo website. The £4million integrated campaign that launches the new strapline ‘Just for the Jackpotjoy of it’ dares the nation to have more daft fun in their lives. The campaign will launch with a new 60-second execution on Friday 7th September with further executions to feature later in the year.
The ad features a pair of gamely pensioners racing their mobility scooters around a racetrack with Barbara Windsor, who resumes her role as the 'Queen of Bingo', asking people what they would do 'Just for the Jackpotjoy of it' .
Rob Fletcher, Creative Director, isobel comments: “We wanted to do something different – to break away from the usual bingo advertising fodder and communicate the fun and spirit of playing at Jackpotjoy.com”.
The advertising campaign will be underpinned by a PR and social media consumer engagement programme, launching later in September 2012, which will encourage consumers to create and share daft fun experiences and content with their friends. Michael Saunders, Managing Director of Jackpotjoy comments: “The Jackpotjoy brand is all about having fun and we hope to inject a bit of that into everyone’s everyday lives - whether that’s having a fun flutter on Jackpotjoy.com or inspiring people to do something daft ‘Just for the Jackpotjoy of it’.” The campaign will run from September 2012 until February 2013.
