Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and visionary Multi-Doscoplinary Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a keen eye for design, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions. As a pivotal member of our creative department, you will have the opportunity to create visually captivating designs across a variety of mediums, helping to elevate our brand and resonate with our audience. The successful candidate will possess a blend of artistic flair and technical expertise, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. This role will be based out of London, England.

Role and Responsibilities

Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts that align with company goals.

Visual Design: Create visually appealing and functional designs for a range of media including websites, apps, marketing materials, packaging, and e-commerce.

New Product Development and Prototyping: Develop prototypes and mockups to communicate design ideas and for new products. Work with product designers to bring to life/production

UI/UX Design: Design and develop UI/UX for new products, as well as website and apps.

Graphic Design: Design engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including social media, digital advertising/commerce, and packaging/print materials.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Branding: Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual touch points.

Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, developers, marketers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and effective design solutions.

Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and proactively bring new ideas and fresh perspectives to the team.

Skills and Proficiencies

Proficiency in creating visually appealing designs for various mediums.

Experience in developing prototypes and mockups to visualize design ideas.

Capable of designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of packaging design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all design assets.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and bringing new ideas to the table.
