An app to keep sufferers stable
Tremors are one of the most visible consequences of Parkinson's disease, making daily activities increasingly difficult. Notably, sufferers find it hard to use digital devices like tablets. With help from Havas in New York and Dusseldorf, a German association combating the disease created Staybl, a new app that replaces a tablet’s browser. It’s designed to compensate for the tremor, whether weak or strong, thus allowing sufferers to break out of their digital isolation and access the internet.
